Transferring a site is quite easy but when the volume of uncompressed data gets bigger (like as much as 4 gigabytes in our case), you can practically say "the going gets tough"...

Good thing for me, though the site is being migrated, it is still sitting on the same server so the work is not very complicated. The Joomla Pack is a great tool that allows easier migration of database or even a whole website on the Internet. Too bad, there is still no such thing as a perfect migration. Web developers and programmers should always bear in mind to keep a back-up in case something goes wrong and to test the site for any inconsistencies in the database or for corrupted images.
