This is the step-by-step procedure on how PH Outsource creates websites for clients.

Interested client contacts PH Outsource and submits requirements for the website.
PH Outsource sets a meeting with the client to conduct initial discussion between our team and the client.
If the two parties are not able to reach an agreement, the client may decide to call off the deal.
If the client agrees to the terms laid down by PH Outsource, our team will meet again to study the specifications given by the client.
After studying what the client needs, PH Outsource team will prepare a project proposal and present it to the client.
Again, if the client does not agree to the terms in the proposal, he may call off the deal or have some changes made to it. Our team will present the revised proposal to the client again.
If the client agrees to the terms given in the proposal, both parties will proceed to the signing of the contract.
The PH Outsource team will meet with the client to give a brief overview on the content, layout and functionality of the website.
Our team will meet for project planning.
PH Outsource team members will identify the required resources and tasks for the project.
Our team will create prototypes of the website so that the client can see the layout and navigation plan.
PH Outsource will present the prototypes to the client.
If the client does not approve the prototypes, PH Outsource will have to revise or modify them to give what the client wants or needs.
If the client approves the prototypes, PH Outsource will proceed with the development of the website.
Final testing and review of the website with the client.
If the client still has some concerns over functionality or appearance of the site, PH Outsource will make the necessary modifications. Revised website will be presented to the client again.
If the client approves the website, then PH Outsource will upload and launch the site.
